We ask that a policy holder be present during the move out as a signature is required to release your contents to our care. You will be advised of the date that the photo inventory crew will begin the packout process. To insure that you have personal items your family may need at your temporary residence, we provide you with a complimentary supply of moving boxes and packing supplies to be used for collecting personal items such as those listed on the enclosed take along list.

There are no additional or out of pocket costs. We bill your insurance company directly for all services provided by GM Property Care Solutions.

Based on the condition of your structure, weather conditions, and amount of personal belongings to be packed and or moved, etc, each stage could take several days to complete. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

We will document the condition of all items and if there is damage to any of the personal property from water or fire we will provide your insurance company with a total loss report.

Your contents can be stored securely in individual storage units on your driveway until pack back, or offsite in our climate controlled contents processing facility by request.

Our onsite Storage Units are solidly constructed of steel, and only you have the key to access your container, regardless of where you store it. You can keep your secure, weatherproof storage container at your location or have us store it in one of our offsite climate controlled storage facilities.

YES, we handle all contents required for pack out. Our technicians receive special training on the packing and handling of all items, from large beds to family heirlooms. We treat your personal belongings as if they were ours.
